Bistro Nouveau Was Started in Late 2003 by Chef/Owner Doug Langevin. the First Restaurant Was A Small 70 Seat Bistro Located in Claremont, NH. the Restaurant Offered Lunch and Dinner and A Full Service Catering Company. Bistro Nouveau Catering Expanded in 2006.the Bistro Is A “from Scratch” Kitchen. We Strive To Provide the Freshest Possible Ingredients Made To Order. Our Chef Team Has Degrees in the Culinary Arts From Various Schools and Has Traveled Around the United States, Experiencing Different Flavors and Cuisines. This Has Brought A Unique Combination of Talent and Experience That Is Hard To Find and Is Truly A Remarkable Asset To Our Restaurant. the Bistro Prepares Food That Is Both Comforting and Exotic. the Menu Changes Several Times Per Year So There Is Always Something Different for Everyone.
